New Plugin: Reorder My Sites

I just released a new plugin to the WordPress plugin repository: Reorder My Sites. It reorders the My Sites dropdown in the admin bar alphabetically. Not a huge plugin, but definitely helpful for those of you running WordPress Multisite.
